Service Manager - Nelson
We have an excellent opportunity for a suitably experienced Service Manager / Estimator based in our Nelson Office. This role is primarily office based to manage and oversee the service delivery, small projects, build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
This is a permanent full-time position on offer with the expectation of long-term commitment. Applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence. On offer is a competitive remuneration package that is negotiable dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities

Receive requests for work pricing and define or resolve the scope of work with customers.

Where necessary conduct site inspection, survey, mapping, and research

Prepare accurate and clear customer quotations.

Organise, coordinate and schedule maintenance and customer service work order

Manage our service team and sub-contractors.

Ensure health and safety requirements are met.
About You
This role will suit someone who has come from an industrial electrical background. You will have previous experience managing a team, or a very keen interest to grow in this space.

Electrical Registration

Full NZ driver’s licence
-
Experience of supervising subcontractors and staff (advantageous)

Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting objectives

A willingness to work overtime as required
